Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using Toolzy. By using the site, you agree to them.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Toolzy (the "Service"), available at toolzy.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Toolzy provides free, browser-based tools for working with images, PDFs, and documents — including converting, merging, splitting, compressing, and editing files. Processing happens locally in your browser; Toolzy does not require an account, payment, or file upload to a server to use any tool currently offered.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Toolzy to:
- Process, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service in a way not intended by its normal operation
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
4. Your files and content
You retain full ownership of any files you process using Toolzy. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, Toolzy never receives, stores, or has access to the content of files you work with. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and use any content you upload to a tool within your own browser session.
5. Advertising
Toolzy is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed alongside the tools. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.
6. Intellectual property
The Toolzy name, logo, and website design are the property of Toolzy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. The underlying tool implementations may draw on open-source libraries, each governed by their own respective licenses.
7. No warranty
Toolzy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will be free of defects. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of any file produced by a Toolzy tool before relying on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolzy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
9. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
